Meet Our CEO

Jen Panteluk
We’re excited to introduce you to our Association’s first-ever Chief Executive Officer, Jen Panteluk, MBA. Jen brings a long history of leadership, management, strategic planning and community involvement to this role, and she is a natural fit for our organization and our profession.
“Our Board looks forward to working with Jen to promote and advocate for the physiotherapy profession in Alberta,” says Geoff Schneider, Chair of the Board of the Alberta Association of Physiotherapy. “Jen brings talent, wisdom and enthusiasm to this role, and she will play a pivotal role in supporting our membership as well as raising awareness among Albertans about how physiotherapy can support their health and wellness.”
Prior to joining the AAP, Jen built a record of success in the areas of strategic planning, board governance, relationship-building, fund development, and senior leadership, primarily in the not-for-profit sector. Commitment to team success and to establishing productive connections underpin her approach to leadership. She has earned widespread recognition for her professional accomplishments, including being named a YWCA Woman of Distinction, an Avenue Magazine “Top 40 Under 40” recipient, and a Global Woman of Vision. Ms. Panteluk holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree (University of Alberta) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (University of Alberta).
“ I am honoured to be named the first CEO of the Association and am very much looking forward to working with the Board, Association members, and our many community and health care partners on behalf of the physiotherapy profession in Alberta,” Jen says. “Meeting members and listening to their priorities regarding the profession is among my very first tasks, and I can’t wait to get started on that!”
Jen is also an accomplished triathlete and has represented Canada in international triathlons for 15 years.
